We love planning intimate weddings as well as big weddings, but we also plan welcome dinners, engagement parties and anniversary parties.
Where are you based?
Italian Weddings and Events team is based in Italy, Zurich (Switzerland) and London (UK). From these strategic locations we can ensure our clients to be available for meetings and venue scouting all over Italy and other countries if requested.
How many events do you manage per year?
To ensure every need of our clients are met, we plan only one event on a weekend and only dedicate ourselves to a maximum of 12 events a year. This provides each client with the attention to detail that makes each of our events authentic, memorable and unique and ensures we can meet, and exceed, all of your expectations.
How do you select your venues and suppliers? Do you work only with selected ones?
Our recommended professionals are vendors we feel confident working with. We cooperate only with top suppliers that we know are capable of guaranteeing an outstading level of professionalism and that meet our requirements.
We will provide you with our wide list of partners we trust for each vendor category, including caterers, photographers, videographers, music and entertainment, floral and decor, cake designers, stationery companies, transportation, attire resources, and rentals.

With over 40 years of combined experience, our team has worked alongside some of international most prestigious clientele, producing amazing events with a focus on planning, hospitality, concierge services and luxury goods sourcing.
How's the event design process?
Our approach is completely tailor-made, the experience starts with a detailed proposal to ensure every aspect is covered, from the venue selction, event style, catering as well as stationary and transportation. After booking our services, we will have a get-to-know-you phone call or meeting to learn more about both of you and to discuss all aspects of the wedding. We will pick together your perfect venue and make sure to select the best vendors to create your unique weddings as you dreamed of. We will work with you to define the overall event style, we will share feedback and ideas on the color palette, decor, and wedding details. We will provide you with a detailed planning checklist to use throughout the wedding planning process.
How much does a wedding cost?
The costs depends a lot on your vision, number of guests and on the location selected. Generally speaking we recommend to allocate a budget of €1.000 per guest if you wish to host a memorable wedding.
How's your fee rate?
We work on a flat fees, that vary according to the number of days of work and number of guests to deal with.
What's the payment schedule?
Before starting the planning and design process, we require a deposit payment, the specific amount depends on the type of contract that you have signed and agreed with your wedding planner.
How's your cancellation policy?
Our fees are not refundable should the services be cancelled for any reason. Since most of the planning of an event is completed months before the event date, all the amounts paid to the agency before the cancellation won't be refunded.
