How's the event design process?
Our world-class approach is entirely bespoke, ensuring that every detail is tailored to the vision that could only be yours. Our signature design experience begins with a detailed proposal, where we cover every element, including venue selection, event style, catering, stationery, entertainment and event flow.
Upon securing our services, we initiate a personalised get-to-know-you session via phone or in-person meeting. This allows us to gain deeper insights into your preferences, and unique style where we can discuss all elements of your wedding. Together, we'll handpick an iconic Italian venue and curate a team of first-class wedding vendors to make your wedding vision not just possible, but unimaginable.
Collaboratively, we'll define the overarching event style, offering valuable feedback and ideas on colour palettes, décor, and intricate wedding details. Throughout the planning journey, you'll have access to a detailed checklist that was crafted to guide you through each step of the process.

How much does a wedding cost?
The costs vary based on your unique vision, guest count, and chosen location. As a general guideline, we recommend budgeting a starting point of €2,000 per guest to create a truly memorable wedding experience.

What’s the payment schedule?
Prior to commencing the planning and design process, we kindly request a deposit payment. The specific amount varies based on the terms outlined in the contract you have signed and agreed upon.

How's your cancellation policy?
Our fees are non-refundable in the event of cancellation for any reason. As the planning process for an event typically occurs several months in advance, any amounts paid to the agency prior to cancellation are non-refundable.
